PHP Developer – Insurance Sector, Roodepoort

We are looking for a PHP Developer in the insurance sector, Roodepoort.

  • Write and edit PHP code.

  • Integrate Server‑Side Code with Third‑Party Modules: Implement APIs and ensure successful integration with external services.

  • Meet with Clients: Engage with internal and external clients during the development process.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 1 year as a PHP Developer.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience with user authentication and authorization across systems; integration of multiple data sources and databases; PHP platform limitations and workarounds; PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, AJAX, jQuery, CSS, HTML; relational database skills (MySQL); RESTful JSON web services; APIs; responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).

Knowledge and Skills

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP, MySQL.

  • Front‑end technologies proficiency.

  • Security and encryption best practices.

  • Problem diagnosis across hardware, OS, software, and networks.

  • Data structures, design patterns, and OOP principles.

  • Numerical expertise.

  • Awareness of latest web development trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We are looking for an External Sales Rep in the HVAC/AHU sector, Randburg.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients promptly.

  • Assist clients with product selection over the phone.

  • Prepare and send quotations via email, fax, or other channels.

  • Submit internal order forms to KZN within 24 hours.

  • Follow up on quotes for existing and new projects not yet ordered.
